  • Question: How do I place my order?
    Answer: We make it easy to order. You can order online now by selecting the product you require and progressing through our automated ordering service. Alternatively you can email us or call us on 0345 900 1315.

  • Question: What are your turnaround times?
    Answer: We aim to have your order out of the door within 3 working days, so you should receive it by the 5th working day after you order (basted on print ready PDF artwork supplied)

  • Question: Where are you based?

    Answer: We are based in Felling, Gateshead, Tyne & Wear UK. We use a DHL courier service/Royal Mail to dispatch our goods. All printing is and production is carried out onsite. Collection is also available upon request.

  • Question: Do you offer a credit facility?

    Answer: We do not offer credit. All orders are placed on a payment with order basis. We accept most major credit/debit cards, PayPal payments, Apple Shopify and Google Pay and also payment via BACS transfer upon request. 

  • Question: What are your hours of business?

    Answer: We are open from 9.00am until 5.30pm Monday to Friday. We are closed on bank holidays and public holidays.

  • Question: What about delivery of my order?

    Answer: Delivery is a £2.95 charge to a UK mainland address. Small orders are sent via Royal Mail, whereas Larger orders are sent via DHL Courier Service

  • Question: Can I collect my order?

    Answer: Yes, you can collect your order from our premises. Please get in touch with us first to arrange a suitable time for collection.

  • Question: I am not registered for VAT, do I still pay VAT?
    Answer: The simple answer is yes, everybody pays VAT on our products. The only way to claim the VAT back is if you are VAT registered.

  • Question: Do you have an in-house quality control department?

    Answer: We do have an in-house quality control department. Each order we produce is manufactured from scratch and is unique to you. We pride ourselves on the quality of the products we produce and check them thoroughly before dispatch. Most of our work is from repeat custom and we aim to build our customer base from satisfied customers.

  • Question: How long have you been trading?

    Answer: We have been trading constantly since 1987. We offer a quality printing service with excellent customer service. 

Technical Questions
  • Question: What is an NCR set?

    Answer: NCR sets typically consist of a white top sheet plus one or more coloured under-sheets glued together on one edge.

  • Question: What is the difference between an NCR pad and an NCR book?

    Answer: Both pads and books consist of 50 NCR sets. The difference between the two is that pads are glued together, where as books are perforated, stapled and bound together. NCR books are a more durable option and the sets will stay fixed in the book until physically removed. Both pads and books have a greyboard backing card.

  • Question: What type of printing do you do?

    Answer: We have two printing processes. Our one colour printing is produced on traditional lithographic printing presses. Our full colour printing is produced on digital state of the art machinery.

  • Question: What type of NCR paper do you use?

    Answer: We use Giroform Paper and also Eurocalco Paper for our NCR orders, which are the leading two Manufacturers for NCR paper in Europe.

  • Question: Can I have my order numbered?

    Answer: Yes, we can consecutively order your order. Please see the following link for more information

  • Question: Can you attach a fixed writing shield to my NCR pads or NCR books?

    Answer: Yes, we can attach a fixed writing shield to NCR pads and NCR book.

  • Question: Can you hole punch my order?

    Answer: Yes, we can hole punch your order, plus we shall do it free of charge!

  • Question: Can I change the NCR paper colour sequence from your standard sequence?

    Answer: Yes, you can change the NCR paper colour sequence from our standard sequence. You will see the available sequences in the information section at the bottom of the appropriate item page.   

  • Question: I only have a hard copy of what I need printing, can I use that?

    Answer: If you only have a hard copy (good quality original) of the document you need printing, please post this to us. Providing the quality of the hard copy original is okay, we may be able to use it.

    • Do not fold it
    • Do not write on it
    • We recommend you protect it with a sheet of cardboard in the envelope so it doesn’t get damaged in the post
